Why did users keep leaving after finding a movie instead of becoming part of the community? Although users regularly browsed movies, they found no value in contributing or returning. The challenge was to uncover what actually motivates sustained engagement.
Despite having all the information on one screen, users felt overwhelmed, couldn't quickly find what mattered, and trusted friends' opinions more than anonymous reviews. How do you redesign a movie details page to help users make confident decisions in seconds?
